It’s all the Orange shoes’ fault!
It started out as an experiment. Now, I’m hooked. Er, well, sort of. Gah. I’m simply extremely challenged by the fact that I need to stretch my imagination a little so I can pull off something like styling in Orange! I say it’s all the Orange shoes‘ fault! Heh.
You have to understand, I’m not an orange type of person. Though, I did buy a floral dress in orange for summer but that’s just about it. Oh, yea — I own a “prisoner” shirt, too. (if you know what I mean) So, that whimsical decision to place an online order for a pair of orange shoes is simply called a case of style craze. I knew had to have a pair of shoes with plexi-heel. LOL.
Ah, well. On my first try, I bought an Orange Stripe Cowl Top with ruched sleeves, which I eventually wore (after several attempts, mind you) when I went to the cinemas last Sunday. Matching it with a recycled old miniskirt from Folded & Hung (bought it back in 2000!) and, of course, I finally aired out my Orange Plexi-heel shoes I bought from schu online.
What do you guys think? I know Orange will never achieve the class and chic-ness of Black or even Brown but, hey, since the colour is somewhat a current hit, what’s the harm in playing along with it, right?

I can’t say that I’m an orange person either, but that combination is brilliant. It fits perfectly on sunny days.
